Chai from Cante Grande

Ingredients
材料

2tsp tea leaves (flowery fannings) / 茶葉(フラワリー・ファニングスという茶葉)…ティースプーン2杯分
200cc water / 水…200cc
200cc milk / 牛乳…200cc

In a milk pan, heat water and tea leaves at high heat with a lid. When it boils set to low heat, and boil for two minutes. Add milk, heat again at high heat. After comes to a boil, turn the gas down, and boil for two minutes. Repeat to boil at high and low heat in a few times. Strain the tea and pour into a glass.

手なべに茶葉と水を入れ、ふたをして強火で沸騰させたら、弱火に落とし、2分間煮る。牛乳を加え、また強火で沸騰させたら弱火に落とし、さらに2分間煮る。これを2,3回繰り返したら、茶こしでこしながらグラスに注ぐ。
